The fishing on Lake Chatuge is on fire, the Spotted bass are staged in the spawning areas with small rocky bank lines and long points. We fished last Friday and caught 44 fish and missed a lot of fish. The baits we did the best on was shaky head and crawbug, just casting and slowly dragging it through areas that they where spawning in. We also caught some Largemouth bass around the corner of docks throwing the same lures. With this full moon coming up the fish should really lock down on their beds and the fishing get even better.
