Gear Provided: To ensure a successful fishing trip, Welch’s Guide Service provides all necessary equipment, including:

- Fishing rods
- Spinning and baitcasting reels (baitcasters are all right-hand)
- Complimentary drinks (usually water)
Please note: Customers are responsible for the care of the provided equipment. If any equipment is broken or lost, replacement charges will apply.

How to Pay for Your Fishing Adventure
We accept cash, checks, and credit cards (via PayPal) for your convenience. A $100 security deposit is required to secure your trip. If you need to cancel, you can reschedule your trip within 12 months of the original booking date at no extra cost. This flexibility allows you to find a new date that works best for you.
Please note that the deposit must be received within 24 hours of reservation confirmation to secure your booking. If you need to reschedule, only one change is permitted.
To ensure fairness, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your trip date. If cancellations are made within this timeframe, your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled trip. However, if cancellations are made less than 7 days before the trip, the deposit may be retained.
We’re committed to providing you with a fantastic fishing experience, rain or shine. In the event of unsuitable weather conditions, you can reschedule your trip, and your deposit will be applied to a future date of your choice. Thank you for your understanding, and we’re excited to be part of your fishing adventure!
