We’ve been waiting all winter for this weather and now it’s here. “Fishing is good and I’ve been slammed since the Bassmaster Classic back in March and that’s a good thing. But right now the fish are starting to bite good on all the lakes we guide on. Lake Chickamauga  and Lake Burton have been producing some toad Largemouth bass. Lake Blue Ridge, Lake Nottely, Carters Lake and Lake Chatuge are also producing some good fish. Some of the fish are starting to spawn and some are already spawning. If you’ve never bed fished before for Largemouth bass you need to try it, all I can say is it’s like Christmas time, it only comes once a year. The Spotted bass are staged up around ther spawning areas, pebble banks, points and flats.
