Lake Blue Ridge is starting its Spring fishing patterns. TVA is starting to bring the lake up and the fish are starting to move up close to their spawning areas. I’ve been catching fish on pebble rocking banks and points, using tube baits, small crank baits and jigs. Were just coming off full moon so anything in a crawfish pattern is good. I’m targeting Smallmouth Bass  on spawning flats and long rocking points, using tube baits and jigs. These baits will also work for you Spotted Bass since they will be cruising the same areas. The better bite has been on sunny days from noon till late afternoon. There has been some Largemouth Bass moving up in the shallow pockets and around docks, I’m targeting this fish with spinner baits, flukes and swim baits. The fishing is just going to continue to get better, so book your trip today.
